Tamar Galstyan graduated from the University of Art and Theatre in Yerevan, Armenia and went on to study ecology and work with children as an ecology teacher. Tamar has travelled widely in Armenia, Georgia, Iran and Central Asia deepening her plant knowledge and taking exceptional photos which feature on her popular Facebook page ‘Plants of Armenia’. Tamar guides botanical trips in the region and is passionate about sharing her knowledge of the native flora.
