This website is operated by Filbert Press Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 09872416), with its registered office at Langston Road, Suite 204a, East Wing Sterling House, Loughton IG10 3TS, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@filbertpress.com.
Content and copyright
The text, photographs, illustrations, design and code on this site are protected by copyright. Photographs and book extracts are reproduced with the permission of the photographers, illustrators and authors named in their captions or credits. You are welcome to share short quotations and links for non-commercial purposes, with attribution. For any other use — reprint, syndication, image licensing — please write to us first.
External retailers
We don't sell books directly. Buy links lead to external retailers (Bookshop.org, Amazon and others). Their terms, prices, availability and delivery apply once you leave our site. We may earn a small commission from purchases made through affiliate links — see the privacy notice.
Newsletter and submissions
By subscribing to The Filbert Press Letter you confirm you have read the privacy notice and consent to receive occasional emails from us. By sending a manuscript proposal you confirm the work is yours and you have the right to share it; we read in confidence and do not return materials.
Acceptable use
Please don't try to break the site, scrape it for spam, or impersonate other people in messages you send through it. We may decline to reply to abusive or off-topic messages.
Limits
We try to keep the site accurate, but information here is provided as-is — without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

If we change these terms we will update the date above. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be flagged by email.
